The Service provides access to compiled WHOIS datasets at no cost. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the data only for lawful purposes. You must not use the datasets to:
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) in violation of anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR or CASL.
- Harass, defraud, or harm any individual or organization.
- Violate any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
4. Accounts
When registration is required, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. No Warranty
The data is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any dataset.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobalWhoisData shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or its data.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
